This kind of outfit is one of my favourites - it's very minimal, with no accessories (ok, I'd probably throw on my watch because I can't function without it) and a small unexpected touch, in this case the drop armhole. Overall the effect is slouchy, but the chinos stop it from becoming sloppy.
I definitely like this look best with some sort of relaxed shoe and as little makeup as you can get away with while still looking polished. I also would have preferred a different bra, but I suppose the positive aspect of this is that I now need to go shopping!
